I agree with looseleafdaily that drinking green tea a day will benefit, i am drinking green tea 2 times in a day and it has helped me a lot in losing my weight. Even i have tried dragon well tea for months which also helped me in controlling blood pressure and cholesterol and dragon well tea was so much tasty.
